Dear Praying Friends,
Thank you for your prayers for us as we traveled the farthest west we’ve been on deputation! We traveled out to Kansas, stopping on the way in Tennessee and Oklahoma, and on the way back we stopped in Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. We had a really wonderful month while we were in Kansas. At one of our meetings, two young men were there on a work release program from jail and both were convicted of their sin during the message and accepted Christ after the service!
We are so thankful that already one of the churches that we visited in Kansas has voted to take us on for support, along with 2 other churches in Virginia which brings us to between 68-70%! We are praying to see a jump in support soon and that we would be at 80% by the end of February.
We made many good friends while we were there as well. We were not expecting to have a real Thanksgiving dinner while we were so far from home, but two different families from one of the churches we presented at had us over for Thanksgiving on Thursday and Friday, and then relatives that we did not even know lived in Kansas invited us for dinner on Saturday, so we got to enjoy 3 Thanksgivings!
On our way home, we had the opportunity to visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum in Kentucky. It was so exciting to take Gabe through the displays and explain to him about Creation and the Bible and see some of it ‘click’ for him! Ever since that visit, Gabe has been obsessed with dinosaurs and the story of Noah’s Ark. At one of the lectures at the Creation Museum, Nick met a scientist that had gotten his Ph.D. at Harvard and has a burden for Boston and it was really exciting to make that connection.
We had a wonderful Christmas, although a busy Christmas! We moved across town in about 5 days, and we were only home for 19 days so it was busy! We hit the road again December 30 and will not be home again till Easter.
As of right now, we are not actively scheduling any meetings after May. As of the end of May we plan to begin our training period at Lifeline Baptist Church and we’ll travel to a few more meetings we’ve already had scheduled for later in the year.
We hope that you will pray that the rest of our support comes in quickly and that we would finish our deputation strong, and that we will stay healthy. We are so thankful for your prayers!

Rejoicing to hear of the men who accepted God’s gift of salvation! Also thankful for God’s increase in your deputation. I know you are excited about starting God’s work in Boston, but remember, in God’s time. Love and prayers.

Nick & Lindsey,
Thanks for the update: I am Glad that our God is taking good care of you all and we will continue to pray that God will supply you with the resources that are needed as you labor for the Lord. It always amazes me how God often times even provides for our wants – in the least expected ways!
Much love to you all!

Praise God for His many blessings that He has given the Stelzig family, I am going to keep on praising God for the 2 men that have accepted Jesus Christ as their Saviour! I am glad that your support is nearing 70% and will ask God to increase it to 100% in the not to distant future! You can always count on prayers going up for you all and that of course will not stop until we all hear the “SHOUT”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I knew that you were in the neighborhood I could have connected you with my Pastor for we have a “Prophets chamber” you could have stayed in here in Independence, MO. Maybe you can come this way again and I can get you in contact with my pastor!
