Dear Praying Friends, The last couple of months have been full of activity and excitement at Community Baptist Church. Since our last update we have seen another person saved. Tyler accepted Christ on his front porch several weeks ago and is now being discipled. The growth we have seen in Tyler’s life has been exciting. Please pray for him as he continues to grow in his walk with the Lord. In our last letter we told you about Ericka — a young lady that Lindsey was able to lead to the … [Read more...] about August 2020 Update
What Coronavirus Means for Community Baptist
Dear Praying Friends, March 2020 As you know, much has happened since our last letter. Many of you are dealing with the fall out of the coronavirus epidemic. We have also been affected by this. In February we started to hold weekly, “get acquainted” Bible studies. In our first meeting we had a total of 15. Our meetings have maintained an average of 15 people consistently. Busy New Year
We trust that you had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. It has been a while since our last update and a lot has happened. New Baby and Opportunities to Come See Her!

September Update
We continue to be amazed by the Lord’s leading and provision over the last several months. We are excited to announce that we have settled on a church name. As in any town Lawrence has its less desirable areas but those who live in Lawrence will acknowledge the deep sense of community you feel in the city of Lawrence. Particularly in the summer months, you can find people out and … [Read more...] about September Update
Open Doors in Lawrence Massachusetts
The Lord has been doing much since our last update. We are in awe of God’s wisdom and power to direct His servants and open doors that only He can open. Over the last several months God has been working behind the scenes without our knowledge. We had told you in past letters that we thought that the Dudley Square area of Roxbury would be an ideal area for a church plant. A great need exists there and we are excited about the possibility of planting a church there one day. However, … [Read more...] about Open Doors in Lawrence Massachusetts
